Entering the workforce, I found myself gravitating towards roles that always involved visual elements. Building my career as a Visual Merchandiser and Window Dresser within the Retail Industry, I discovered I had a keen eye for attention to detail and found great joy in presenting merchandise for National and International Brands.

​My first experience working with fabrics, soft furnishings and wallpaper was with Laura Ashley in the late 80s in Elizabeth Street Melbourne, this was such a great introduction to the world of Interior Decorating and when I look back at the favourite times in my retail career, this was one of them.


Fast forward to 2020 in a year that changed our world, I took time to reflect during the lockdowns and asked myself several questions, was I living my best life, if I could do anything what would it be and is it all too late?
It was during this time I decided to fulfill my childhood dream and signed up as a student with the Interior Design Institute, at the same time a friend had asked me to help prepare their house for sale and so I began to think about the world of Property Staging and Styling and here we are today with that plan slowly unfolding.
